The Role

You will be responsible for creating a shoppable environment by maintaining a neat shopfloor, setting up promotions, and ensuring stocks are always full. Your expertise in product knowledge and service delivery will make all the difference to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every person who shops with us.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, offering a seamless shopping experience.
  • Manage stock movement, optimise sales, and maintain a tidy shopfloor.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain high standards of presentation, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and describe features and benefits to customers.
  • Recommend and locate products based on customer needs, exceeding their expectations.
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks, contributing to the success of our retail operations.
Requirements
  • Previous customer-service experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with ease.
  • An energetic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
