Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Software Tester to contribute to the development and testing of secure, mission-critical systems that support Defence operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test procedures to ensure product quality
- Actively participate in Agile software development sprint events and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of test strategies and processes
- Identify, report, and validate defects, ensuring efficient resolution and system integrity
- Ensure adherence to quality processes, delivering high-quality software solutions
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering and/or IT
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Software Testing role
- Proven experience in setting up test environments and executing tests across various stages of development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience producing clear and concise technical documentation
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment and contributing to team success
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach
- NV1 Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
