Communications and Engagement Lead

About the Role:

  • Draft, implement and evaluate a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop internal messaging that reinforces our company's strategic priorities and values.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Serve as primary contact for all corporate media inquiries and oversee all aspects of corporate media relations.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant topics in the media and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in communications, preferably within a complex global organization.
  • Experience working in entertainment/media a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music a must.
