Job Title: Part-Time Commercial and Strategic Finance Manager

As a key member of the finance team, this role is responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to support business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and interpreting management reports. Excellent communication skills are also essential for translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy in coding, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Review and improve systems and processes to enhance cash collection, payment practices, and reporting efficiency.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and dynamic financial modeling to inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in senior accounting, finance business partnering, or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong capability in cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and interpreting management reports.
  • Effective communication of financial insights to non-financial leaders.
  • Ability to oversee transactional finance staff while maintaining focus on strategic work.
  • Proficiency with accounting and reporting tools, including Xero, Excel, and Power BI.
