Lead Virtual Care Delivery Team

This is a 12-month fixed-term role where you will oversee operational and clinical aspects of virtual care delivery.

As the leader of a high-performing team, your primary focus will be on providing personalized care to customers with unique needs and risks.

Clinical innovation is key in this position, and you'll play a pivotal role in implementing new digital and clinical initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and vision to a dynamic team

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to foster strong integration
  • Drive the implementation of new digital and clinical innovations
  • Maintain a caseload managing and supporting heart failure customers

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership
  • Active registration as a Registered nurse with AHPRA
  • Strong understanding of digital health solutions
  • Commitment to quality-driven, customer-centric healthcare
  • Passion for innovation and embracing new ways of working
