The Role

This Casual position involves contributing to an inclusive preschool program, working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver quality early childhood education programs.

  • You will be responsible for modelling a quality early childhood learning program, implementing a play-based learning program, and maintaining effective communication to support service delivery to children and families.
  • Maintaining national regulations outlined in our Preschool Policies and Procedures is essential.

About You
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-focused setting.
  • Passionate about play-based education practice.
  • Experience in working with children with additional learning needs.
  • Sound understanding of inclusive practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse community.
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage children in age and developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.
