Underground Mining Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced underground mining professional to lead our team in safe and efficient operations.

  • Coordinate and manage underground mining activities ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, site and corporate personnel, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Mentor and develop a team of skilled mining professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategic mining plans, schedules, and budgets.

The Darlot mine is a high-grade, owner-operated, underground gold producer. We focus on optimizing production and exploring new resources to extend the mine's life.

We require a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, and a National Police Clearance as part of our recruitment process. The position involves an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from surrounding areas.
