As a Returns Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing returns and claims in a professional and efficient manner

Assessing customer claims and managing the returns inbox

Communicating outcomes to customers using pre-prepared email templates

Arranging stock collection for company-related errors

Liaising with distribution centre managers regarding returned stock condition

Managing multiple touchpoints in the returns process
