Job DescriptionThis role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at The Rocks store as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through product knowledge and advice.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience, whether they're looking for the latest fashion trends or seeking expert advice on our premium surfwear products.
You will work closely with our store management team to achieve sales targets, process inventory, and maintain the high standards of our store's visual merchandising.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced retail environment, working with a talented team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for the outdoors and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and features to customers.
- Process inventory accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of stock management.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store, adhering to our merchandising guidelines and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 AUD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also comes with access to excellent clothing perks, including discounts on our premium surfwear products.
