**Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality service are maintained throughout the hotel.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in housekeeping in a hotel environment and possess supervisory or training experience. They will also have strong organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage well with both the team and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods.
  • Support recruitment duties to ensure the housekeeping team is adequately staffed.
  • Ensure team members are trained and in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and government regulations.
