About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People Experience Designer. As a key member of our Transformation group, you will be responsible for delivering end user experiences that delight Xeros and People Leaders when interacting with PX in accordance with our employee lifecycle.

  • You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user behaviors and needs.
  • You will develop and maintain user personas and journeys to guide design across Transformation activities.
  • You will take a data driven approach to embedding findings in design decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and iterate on design concepts.
  • You will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback to refine prototypes.
  • You will develop information architecture and site maps to organise content and enhance user navigation.
  • You will ensure logical flow and structure in digital products.
