About the Role

We are looking for an innovative Operations Manager to join our Technology Centre located in Canberra.

This mail, digitisation, data capture and print hub has a great culture in a high-paced and rewarding environment.

Reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technology Centre and associated business within Directionshealth.

This role will require a strong process improvement eye and well-versed people leadership skills.

  • Strategically manage all aspects of the operational centre service to the client/s, ensuring contractual and service level agreements are achieved
  • Provide management and direction to the team and promote reward, recognition, and feedback throughout the Technology Centre
  • Recruit and retain a strong team, ensuring direct reports understand the expectations of their role
  • Manage daily productivity across site through real-time, daily and monthly reporting tools
  • Ensure client revenue and other financial budgets are met and monitored on a monthly basis
  • Identify trends and develop and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the Technology Centre
  • Develop an understanding of the client's business and form relationships in order to generate additional revenue
  • Assist Sales and Marketing to identify, investigate and scope service extension opportunities and additional work requests to achieve growth objectives
  • Ensure that Directionshealth' Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed throughout the Technology Centre
