Key Requirements for Success
- Cert III in Individual Support
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong clinical care and decision-making skills
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Previous Aged Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Police check and NDIS clearance
