Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to execute routine testing for raw materials, pre-production samples, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality benchmarks are met by conducting regular inspections and tests.
  • Perform risk assessments and provide corrective action solutions as required.
  • Support the production and research teams with quality issues that arise.
  • Update and maintain all quality documentation in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar QC role, preferably within a cosmeceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding and experience in method and process validation.
  • Working knowledge of GLP, GMP, and TGA requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to driving improvements and sourcing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated team, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
