Property Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio end-to-end, liaise with landlords and tenants, handle maintenance, and oversee arrears management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and excellent customer service skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse range of properties, including residential and commercial units.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Arrears Management: Effectively manage rent arrears, working closely with tenants to establish payment plans and resolve any disputes.

Requirements:

  • Certification: QLD Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience managing own portfolio, with a proven track record of success in property management.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to use Property Me and Inspect Real Estate Software highly desirable.
