Key Role Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a portfolio of programs and projects in the digital Transformation program.

The selected candidate will play a key part in shaping the future-state health care ecosystem, enabling the outcomes and benefits outlined in the organisation's 10-year Digital Health Transformation strategy.

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in advanced project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Healthcare space is essential.
  2. Experience in healthcare systems and service environments is required.
  3. A strong capability in project controls within complex ICT or digital health programs involving diverse stakeholders is necessary.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), including MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.

They will also possess skilled financial forecasting and reporting in multi-stakeholder settings.

High-level strategic, analytical, and creative thinking with adaptability to change is crucial.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively are required.
