Engineering Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of training programs for our engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and conducting internal training courses for targeted audiences
  • Sourcing external training courses, venues, and resources in line with company objectives
  • Liaising with subject matter experts for course currency and development
  • Drafting and updating technical manuals and guides
  • Maintaining accurate records and equipment
  • Staying current with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification in adult education
  • Aircraft Maintenance Trade or CASA Part 66 Cat B licence
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective training packages
  • Strong computing skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work commitments
  • Recent experience developing and delivering Engineering related training courses
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Software
  • Experience with specific aircraft types (highly desirable)
