As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely tax reporting deliverables, reviewing distribution calculations and tax returns, and maintaining client tax profiles and security static data.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tax reporting deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Review and analyze tax calculations, superannuation fund tax calculations, and tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update client tax profiles and security static data to drive reporting and tax calculations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client queries and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure adherence to operational compliance and risk policies to maintain a secure and reliable work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects, including testing of tax templates, and contribute to meeting team deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar funds management taxation accounting role.
- Proven tax experience working within financial services, with a background in custody or funds management being highly advantageous.
- Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
