Job Title:

Casual Sales Assistant - Back to School Period

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School period.

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit
Requirements:
  • Full availability from Mid-November 2025 to Mid-February 2026 - specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
