We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Worker to join our team at PCYC Beenleigh. As a key member of our Get Set For Work Program, you will play a vital role in delivering skills and support to high school-aged youth, enabling them to successfully transition to further education or employment.
Key Responsibilities- Research, plan, implement, and evaluate programs and activities that promote and increase participation of young people.
- Work towards the Association's mission of improving communities through youth development.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain).
- Minimum Certificate III in youth work, community development/welfare, human services, or related discipline.
