Job Description:

BG&E Corporation Pty is seeking a civil engineering draftsperson - trainee to assist in the delivery of high-quality design drawings for bridges and specialist structures.

The role involves preparation of bridge design layouts and detail design drawings, maintenance of quality and technical standards with your work, and collaboration with project drafters, designers, and engineers.

We are looking for someone with TAFE qualifications or equivalent experience, between 0-3 years of experience in bridge or structural drafting, intermediate AutoCAD skills, and a willingness to learn new programs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Preparation of bridge design layouts and detail design drawings
  • Maintenance of quality and technical standards with your work
  • Collaboration with project drafters, designers, and engineers
