Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Insurance Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and provide expert advice on insurance products to clients.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and help grow our presence and profile in the local community.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: At least two to three years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Insurance Licenses: Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
