Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Ashdale ELC, located on the school grounds at Ashdale Primary School.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of our children.
You will work closely with our educators and families to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes learning and growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
- Work closely with educators and families to create a collaborative and supportive environment
- Deliver the Y's School ReadY program and other early years initiatives
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of centre events and activities
- Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in an Early Learning Centre environment
- Passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
- HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children check
