As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and ensuring patient safety.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing services during normal hours and after hours, covering all health units within the health campus. You will have the chance to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized qualification in medical imaging or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
