About the Role

The ICC Group is seeking an experienced Event Administrator to join our team. As a vital link between the sales team and clients, you will be responsible for generating client proposals, invoices, and internal event briefs.

This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, clear communication, and exceptional administration skills. You will work closely with the events team to ensure comprehensive event preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed proposals for client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure event preparation and execution.
  • Perform general CRM administration tasks.
  • Update internal databases with client details and event requirements.
  • Resolve last-minute changes, issues, or requests.
  • Handle client contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support department reporting and general administrative tasks.
  • Actively promote special offers and marketing promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Tripleseat and Visio/Event Draw is preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is preferred.
  • Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate is preferred.
