As a Trade Team Leader, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and team success. Your exceptional automotive knowledge and mechanical skills will enable you to provide expert technical support and product advice to customers.

  • Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters with a focus on coaching and development;
  • Coordinate Driver delivery schedules for seamless store operations;
  • Provide front-line technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their sales and technical enquiries;
  • Work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store;
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time;
  • Have a safety mindset and always strive to provide the safest work environment;
  • Be able to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely;
