Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your key responsibility will be to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans that enable clients to return to their previous jobs or explore new career opportunities.

You will work in a holistic care approach, taking into account the client's physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective client care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Clinical Expertise: You must possess current registration or membership with the relevant industry body.

Strong Clinical Reasoning: You should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, enabling you to analyze complex client information and make informed decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Emotional Intelligence: High levels of emotional intelligence will help you navigate challenging situations and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
