About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Regis Aged Care. As a PCA I Armadale, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to residents with their activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and services, ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting and documentation, adhering to Regis policies and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and friends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification) or be currently studying a nursing degree with an Aged Care clinical placement.
  • Previous experience in a personal care role in Aged Care is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
