Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

You will have a focus on all areas of social media, including content creation, community management, design, and creativity. The successful candidate will have current experience in social media marketing and content management, with the ability to deliver campaign results.

The role reports directly to the managing director and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience and knowledge across a wide range of disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality organic content, including design artwork and copywriting, to engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and edit video content, including overlay graphics and sound bites, to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Support with social media advertising campaigns, developing targeted ad strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Diploma of Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or recent Social Media training and education.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a social media marketing role.
