The centre manager will lead, develop, implement, oversee, and manage the clinical and administrative operations of our headspace location.
This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with our grant agreement and organisational direction.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality youth-centred services for early intervention.
- Maintain and implement all aspects of our service model.
A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related health discipline is required.
Essential experience includes managing staff performance, direct service provision to young people, and crisis management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant must hold a 'C' class Open driver licence and a State Working with Children Check.

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
