We have a strong growth agenda and are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Designer. As a key player in our fast-paced environment, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, driving the evolution of our product and championing user-centric design.


The Role
  • You will lead the design process for new and existing features, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use for multiple stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers, translating complex business problems into elegant design solutions.
  • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  2. Designing and implementing user interfaces that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Your Qualifications
  • We are looking for a seasoned designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centric design principles, especially in B2B applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into elegant, intuitive design solutions that balance user needs with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong user research capabilities, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesising insights to inform product strategy and design decisions.
