Job Title: Store Manager

This is a senior retail role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage store teams to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve visual merchandising, in-store promotions, and product displays.
  • Maintain high levels of stock control, ensure accurate inventory management, and minimize stock loss.
  • Manage employee performance, provide training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with regional managers to plan and execute business objectives, meet sales targets, and drive profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt issue resolution, maintaining a positive attitude, and fostering a welcoming store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and providing input on future initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of company-wide projects, programs, and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing staff retention.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
