We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Commercial team at Velocity Frequent Flyer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our designated partners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional with 5+ years of experience in partnership or consumer loyalty environments. You will be responsible for leading new programs of work within partnerships, defining and delivering marketing strategies, managing contracts, and negotiating agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead relationship management for designated partners, driving growth and success through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement partner marketing and innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept to completion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in partnership or consumer loyalty environments.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead new programs of work.
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the loyalty environment, with a passion for delivering enhanced experiences for members and partners.
  • Natural stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for piloting new ideas and challenging traditional ways of thinking.
  • Data literacy, with demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to develop forecasts and business cases.
  • Strong customer orientation, focused on delivering enhanced experiences for members and partners.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to critically analyze opportunities and business context.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate stakeholder relationships and contracts.
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching to all levels within a business.
  • Understanding of partner marketing strategies and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing initiatives and drive them to fulfillment.
