Lead and grow the trajectory of commercial space across multiple areas.

This senior management role is integral to maximising growth in commercial space across various suburbs.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team, as well as the growth and development of current commercial portfolio using network and experience.

This is a full-time position working within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the commercial team
  • Act as a client-facing executive
  • Articulate and provide understanding of broader asset strategy
  • Identify and proactively seek commercial business using network and strong geographical knowledge
  • Convert sales opportunities into management
  • Negotiate terms, dispute resolution and priority management
  • Maintain local market and pricing knowledge
  • Meet compliance and ethical requirements
  • Provide leadership and decision-making for the wider commercial team
  • Manage high-profile, large-scale assets
