About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on your ability to maintain exceptional outdoor green spaces, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to follow directions from their Team Leader, and have a passion for gardening and landscaping.

  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to ensure the health and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a visually appealing and functional outdoor space.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in your work.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field, with a valid Driver's License, White Card, and Working with Children Check. If not already in possession of these qualifications, the ability to obtain them is also desirable.
