About the Role

In this position as a Control Room Operator at MSS Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' sites. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily control room operations and incident management, monitoring surveillance systems, and compiling reports to ensure compliance with site policies.

You will work collaboratively with our team to enhance safety across the site, utilizing your strong understanding of various CCTV, access control systems, and investigation report writing. This role requires a proactive approach, strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high levels of concentration and professionalism.

We are seeking a candidate with a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations, a Security licence with control room subcategory, and working with children check (or willing to obtain). Full Australian working rights are also required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
