We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Leader to join our team at General Pants - Macarthur Square.

As the Store Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading your passionate and committed team to create a customer-driven culture in-store and work together to achieve goals. You will be in charge of all store operations to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will mentor and develop your team to achieve success and inspire them to grow their journey with General Pants.

About the Role:

  • Drive outcomes and results through the right skills and behaviors, self-reflection across teams, and breaking down tasks into manageable pieces.
  • Analyze sales and stock sell-through reports, identify areas for improvement, and work with Regional Managers on future actions.
  • Understand and coach others to decipher reports into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Hold yourself and each team member accountable for their own results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them grow, celebrating their strengths and addressing their gaps through honest feedback and empowerment.
  • Manage team workload, workflow, time management, and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting.
  • Lead and inspire the team to be proud of their contribution to the wider business strategy.
  • Prioritize team members' wellbeing and mental health, ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge, and discussing their feelings.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • You have a genuine love and understanding for fashion and our brands.
  • You can confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team.
  • You have proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.
  • You have a proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
  • You have sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
  • You have full Australian working rights.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
