About the Role

This role involves supporting the delivery of excellent client services. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, understanding operational processes, and ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming communications, including phone and email enquiries, while maintaining high standards of responsiveness.
  • Overseeing production-related enquiries, including cataloguing, accessioning, processing, and dispatch.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client and general enquiries, providing professional, client-focused responses.
  • Delivering training and support on the ClientWeb platform to help clients use the system effectively.
  • Managing debtor processes, including accurate billing, invoice verification, and timely credit processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, client-focused approach.
  • Experience in client service, administration, or office support, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Some experience delivering basic training or guidance to clients is desirable.
  • Ability to follow established processes and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
