We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Scaffidi Group. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, working behind the counter, and assisting with the sale of cosmetics and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Work under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Assist with the sale of cosmetics and fragrances, including recommending and selling products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and previous pharmacy or retail experience
  • Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances
  • Confidence in recommending and selling products
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare
