Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

Established as a respected leader in aged care, our organization is committed to empowering older people to live life to the full. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Plumpton facility.

This is a unique opportunity for a career-conscious nurse looking to take on a leadership role, or an existing healthcare professional seeking a change of pace in a supportive environment.

**The Role:** Monday - Friday, 76 hours per fortnight.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality personal, clinical care, and support services that promote resident autonomy and independence.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Leading the team, managing staff performance, recruitment, and selection, and fostering a positive culture within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all accreditation standards while embracing a continuous improvement approach.
