Phone Sales Lead

We are seeking a skilled sales leader to drive growth and retention performance through strategic sales strategies, team culture, and Salesforce management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through data-driven sales approaches and effective team leadership
- Monitor, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights for business decision-making and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Foster sales cadences and rhythms through 1:1s, huddles, and meetings
- Support team members with customer resolutions and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Proven sales leadership experience with the ability to influence positive performance results and behaviors
- Effective coaching and motivation skills to drive continuous improvement using a business solutions approach
- Able to creatively position the company as an innovative service provider
- Proven track record of cultivating and closing sales opportunities at the Business organization level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
