Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex dam projects, including design, safety assessments, and remediation efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address dam-related challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, driving project success and business development.
  • Manage project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational management for dam projects and related infrastructure.
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering and extensive experience in dam engineering. You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strategic thinker, highly motivated, and committed to technical excellence and innovation.
