Property Management Assistant

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our successful team as a Property Manager on a full-time basis. This role will require working Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting viewings and private appointments
  • Preparing property agreements
  • Creating advertisements for all rental properties
  • Demonstrating available properties to prospective tenants
  • Preparing inspection reports as required
  • Using property management software and real estate tools
  • Administration of leasing and property handovers

Qualifications:

  • Current Real Estate Registration
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working within Real Estate
  • Strong knowledge of property management procedures
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
