Personal Fitness Coach Role

Description:

This role is an opportunity to work with the largest member base in the UK, delivering exceptional fitness coaching services and supporting the growth of our fitness brand.

You will be responsible for creating engaging workout experiences for members, teaching classes, inductions, and ensuring the upkeep of the gym floor. Your passion for fitness and wellbeing will be key in delivering an amazing member experience.

As a Personal Fitness Coach, you will have access to exclusive industry-leading content, free education and courses, and unlimited access to business resources. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through management training programmes and group exercise initial training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality fitness coaching services to members
  • Teach classes and inductions, and maintain the upkeep of the gym floor
  • Support the growth of the fitness brand through engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement new ideas to enhance the member experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • A passion for fitness and wellbeing
  • The ability to embody our mantra of 'Everybody Welcome' in all interactions
