The successful candidate will be part of our Rockhampton and Yeppoon branch network, working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients seeking Home or Investment Loan products by assessing their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Contribute to the success of our local Branch Network by actively sourcing and responding to lending opportunities and customer needs.
- Assess and recommend loan applications for approval, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-sell and promote Auswide Bank's range of financial products and services to customers based on their specific needs.
- Develop effective strategies to promote both your personal and Auswide Bank's brand to local introducers and influencers.
Requirements:
- A background and proven experience in Home and Investment Lending transactions, from sourcing new business opportunities through to Loan settlement.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and meeting individual performance and compliance measures.
- A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank.
Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
- (4) weeks annual leave.
