Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our hospitality operations at Josef Chromy Wines. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our restaurant, events, and cellar door operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hospitality operations team, including restaurant, events, and cellar door staff
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage operational costs and budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale events and projects
