About the Role

As a Procurement Administrator at Wagners, you will play a vital role in supporting procurement activities across the organization. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supply chain management and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data in the procurement system, ensuring seamless catalogues, items, and contracts management
  • Support supplier information (SIM) data and activity to enhance our procurement outcomes
  • Assist in preparing Tender and RFx documentation to secure optimal procurement results
  • Raise awareness on goods receipting practices to optimize inventory management
  • Participate in sourcing events to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Identify and track project risks and issues as they arise, implementing solutions to mitigate these risks
  • Develop and distribute procurement reports to stakeholders, providing valuable insights into our procurement performance
  • Create and maintain documentation to support process and procedures, facilitating employee training and development
About You

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or a related administrative field
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise resource programs, such as Coupa
  • Proficiency in using MS Office to create reports and presentations
  • Relevant qualification, although not essential
