We are seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy practice on the Gold Coast.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting with patient check-ins and administrative tasks using clinical software and electronic payment systems.
  • Multitasking with excellent organizational skills to manage competing demands.
  • Providing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and patients.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience as an allied health receptionist.
  • Proficiency in medical administration, including dealing with Workcover, DVA, EPC, and CTP claims in the Allied Health area.

**Work Schedule:**

  • Afternoon shifts.
  • Day shifts.
  • Evening shifts.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Morning shifts.

**Key Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to attend mandatory training sessions to familiarize themselves with our practice software and policies.
