This role has been an industry leader in the delivery of employment services across Australia for over 30 years.

As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tailoring services and support to participants using a person-centred approach to facilitate meaningful employment.
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants.
  • Enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training.
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment.
  • Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers.
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements.
  • Actively participating in the community to promote services.

This role offers above award rates, a performance bonus scheme based on meeting benchmarks, birthday leave, additional leave after three years of service, ongoing learning and development, and recognition that means something.

This position requires a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
