Overview

The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) invites expressions of interest from experienced teaching artists to join our dynamic educational programs. We are looking for passionate individuals who can contribute to our mission of nurturing the next generation of artists.

Application Requirements

Please ensure your submission includes the following:

  • Cover Letter: Clearly outline your teaching experience, including subject areas and age groups you are equipped to teach.
  • Curriculum Vitae: Detail your professional and teaching background, including contact information for two referees.
  • Professional Biography: A brief overview of your career and achievements.

Interview Process

All candidates will participate in a practical workshop-style interview, showcasing their teaching methodologies. Interviews will be scheduled based on program needs, and only those selected for interviews will be contacted. We may retain your application for future opportunities for up to 12 months.

Applicants must possess a valid Working With Children Check or be prepared to obtain one. Commitment to NIDA's Child Safe Strategies is essential for employment.
